  • Power Sculpt is our most popular class for a reason. With yoga as your base, you'll move through familiar postures while adding weights, strength work, and cardio. You're not just holding a posture, you're using it to hold, lift and work the muscle.

The heat, upbeat music, and fast-paced flow keep the energy high from start to finish with little downtime. Every class is a little different, giving you a fresh challenge each time you step onto your mat. Power Sculpt is the kind of workout that keeps you coming back, and there's something powerful about taking it on alongside people around you. You'll leave feeling stronger, sweatier, and ready for more.

  • At Power Barre, the smallest movements hit the hardest. Precise, controlled moves target the muscles other classes miss: inner and outer thighs, glutes, deep core, calves — the stabilizer muscles that support everything else.

Longer holds, pulses, and full-range movements keep your muscles engaged from start to finish. Bursts of cardio add energy and elevate your heart rate. It's everything you know and love about barre with extra layers of intensity that are uniquely Power Life. You'll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and surprised by how challenging a barre class can be.

Cost: $5 drop-in for non-members, *included in membership for those who already hold a membership or class package.

  • Traditional Pilates principles meet modern strength-based sequencing in a heated room. You'll move from mat-based work into a standing series using light weights and props that replicate the reformer experience, at a fraction of the cost. Every movement is controlled and deliberate — precision over momentum, full attention on the muscle doing the work.

Low impact, full body, seriously focused. The heat deepens your flexibility and makes the work land harder. Whether you're a Pilates devotee or trying it for the first time, Hot Pilates should earn a permanent spot in your rotation.

Power Yoga 1 is a fundamentals-focused class built around alignment, breath, and the Power Life method. Gently heated and methodically paced, you'll build core strength, learn the postures, and get introduced to vinyasa flow — the practice of moving through postures using breath and movement together.

Power Yoga 1 is a natural starting point for beginners, but anyone who wants to go deeper on the fundamentals will find something here.

Unlike most other classes, Restore is intentionally taught in a cool room — yin yoga works with cool muscles by design, shifting the focus from muscle tissue to the connective tissue around your joints.

Leave feeling better than you have all week. Power Life students who take this class regularly watch their other classes get better.

  • Power Yoga 1 is a fundamentals-focused class built around alignment, breath, and the Power Life method.

This class is free through The Power Life Foundation, which works to make movement accessible to people who face barriers to it. Want to support that? Donate at powerlife.com/power-life-foundation.

Class will be taught by a Power Life Intern. Our intern program provides all interns with the opportunity to continue to develop their teaching skills.

You'll move from mat-based work into a standing series using light weights and props that replicate the reformer experience, at a fraction of the cost. Every movement is controlled and deliberate — precision over momentum, full attention on the muscle doing the work.

Power Yoga 1.5 builds on the Power 1 foundation — more heat, a faster pace, and new postures introduced in a setting where you have room to learn them. The sequencing is real, the pace keeps you engaged, and the room lets the work speak for itself.

  • Power Yoga 1.5 builds on the Power 1 foundation — more heat, a faster pace, and new postures introduced in a setting where you have room to learn them. The sequencing is real, the pace keeps you engaged, and the room lets the work speak for itself.

A complete class in its own right, not a checkpoint on your journey.

You'll move from mat-based work into a standing series using light weights and props that replicate the reformer experience, at a fraction of the cost. Every class is a little different, giving you a fresh challenge each time you step onto your mat. Power Sculpt is the kind of workout that keeps you coming back, and there's something powerful about taking it on alongside people around you. You'll leave feeling stronger, sweatier, and ready for more.

Longer holds, pulses, and full-range movements keep your muscles engaged from start to finish. Bursts of cardio add energy and elevate your heart rate. It's everything you know and love about barre with extra layers of intensity that are uniquely Power Life. • Restore is your recovery class, built around yin yoga. Slow, sustained holds work deep into connective tissue — joints, fascia, the “stuff” that doesn't get addressed in a typical workout.

Every class is a little different, giving you a fresh challenge each time you step onto your mat. Power Sculpt is the kind of workout that keeps you coming back, and there's something powerful about taking it on alongside people around you. • Restore is your recovery class, built around yin yoga. Slow, sustained holds work deep into connective tissue — joints, fascia, the “stuff” that doesn't get addressed in a typical workout.

  • Hot Yoga is deceptively challenging. The same 34 postures every class, held for 5-7 breaths in a heated room — no flow, just you, your breath, and the posture, set to music. The consistency is the point. Show up enough times and you'll feel yourself getting stronger in the stillness.

No weight on your wrists or shoulders — a smart choice if you're working around an injury.

  • Power Yoga 1 is a fundamentals-focused class built around alignment, breath, and the Power Life method.

This class is free through The Power Life Foundation, which works to make movement accessible to people who face barriers to it. Want to support that? Donate at powerlife.com/power-life-foundation.

  • Hot Flow + Weights brings strength training into a continuous yoga flow — foundational postures, balance work, and hand weights linked together with breath and movement, set to music in a heated room. Unlike formats where postures are held as a base for lifting, here the flow never stops. The weights move with you.

High repetition, heat, and a pace that keeps you engaged from start to finish. Challenging every time. Checks every box.

  • Restore is your recovery class, built around yin yoga. Slow, sustained holds work deep into connective tissue — joints, fascia, the “stuff” that doesn't get addressed in a typical workout.
