Includes 4 classes per month. Billed every 4 weeks.

The purchaser authorizes the use of his/her credit card to automatically renew his/her monthly membership. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: Power Life requires 30 days notice in writing by the purchaser to terminate the agreement. Power Life will not prorate a monthly installment. This membership can not be purchased and cancelled on the same day.​
