Yes! We will soon be opening our second Tulsa-area location at KingsPointe Village this spring. Plus, we have existing studios throughout the Midwest in Kansas City, Des Moines, and Omaha. Please let us know if you plan to take class in another market, and we can ensure your account is squared away. 

They sure do! We have two membership tiers at Power Life. Current BYB memberships and their Power Life equivalents will fall under the “Standard” tier. Please let us know if you’re interested in learning more about our PREMIUM memberships!

Over the next month, we’ll be slowing transitioning classes from BYB to Power Life Brookside. We will be in touch with everyone as soon as we determine when the last day of classes will be at BYB. 

• Because we require pre–registration, there is no need to come too early. If you’re signed up for class, you know you have a spot! We recommend arriving no earlier than 10 minutes before your class starts.  
• Our instructors are encouraged to offer hands-on assists during all classes. If you are interested in receiving assists, grab one of the assisting tokens from the holder near the back of your classroom and place it at the top of your mat. At the end of class, place your token back into the holder so a member of our staff can disinfect it. If you are not interested in receiving hands-on assists, there is no need to do anything. Your instructor will respect your wishes and encourage you in other ways throughout class. 
• Please bring a mat, water bottle and sweat towel with you for class. We do have those items available to purchase or rent if you do not own them or forget them at home. 
• Disconnect! Please leave your phone, keys, wallet, etc. out of the studio space. If possible, we also encourage you to put your smartwatch on “Do Not Disturb” mode during class. 
• Please remember that taking photos during class is not permitted. We want to respect everyone’s privacy and ensure that all students feel comfortable while they’re here. 

We want to get to know you! Please check in with your instructor at the front desk before you proceed back to the locker rooms or practice room. 

Yes! All of our studios have locker rooms with restrooms and showers. You are welcome to bring your own lock, or we have them available at our front desk. Please leave your belongings (including your phone, please!) in the locker rooms or the available cubbies in our lobby.  

Please keep in mind that studio doors will lock 20 minutes after class. We kindly ask that you limit your time in the locker room. Thank you for helping us respect our teachers’ time! 

We sure do! Every February, we host our 20/30 Challenge, in which we challenge all students to take 20 classes in 30(ish) days. We’d love for you to join us February 2-March 5 for this special event! Classes taken at both Power Life and BYB will count toward our 20/30 Challenge. All students who complete 20 classes will be entered to win some great prizes, including a FREE YEAR of unlimited Power Life classes!  

Heads up, the February BYB challenge will be running in tandem with Power Life’s. So, really, that just means you’ve got tons of opportunities to get rewarded for setting aside time for yourself and your practice. It’s a win-win! 

Nothing will change for the first couple of weeks! After that, we will slowly start migrating classes from BYB Tulsa to Power Life Brookside. 

We believe variety is the spice of life! That’s why we offer lots of different classes and formats each day. And we never shy away from a good sweat. All of our classes are taught in a heated or semi-heated environment. Use the links below to learn more about our current class formats and target temps:

As we transition classes over from BYB to Power Life, we will add additional formats to our schedule. 

We believe our classes perfectly complement the classes you already know and love at BYB. We offer various Power Yoga and physical class formats, so we can meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. With classes ranging in length from 45 minutes to an hour, we make it easy to come in, work up a sweat, and then move on with your day! 

We recommend bringing your own mat, sweat towel and water bottle if you are able. But we know life happens, so we’ve got you covered if you forget something or do not own those items. We provide all other equipment you will use during class (i.e. hand weights, blocks, yoga straps, etc.)

The best way to sign up for classes is by using our FREE app. To pre-register for classes on our app, please follow these steps: 

• STEP 1: Open the Power Life app. Log in using the email and password we have on file in our system. (HINT: It will be whatever email address you had on file at BYB.) If you are unable to log in, please email us at tulsainfo@powerlife.com and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
• STEP 2: Once logged in, go to the “Book” tab and find the class you’d like to attend. 
• STEP 3: Click the yellow “Book” button. (Or, if the class is full, tap the gray “Waitlist” button.) 
• STEP 4: On the next screen, confirm your desire to book class by clicking “Book it!”  
• STEP 5: You’re all set! If you are added to class after being on a waitlist, you will be notified via text message that you’ve been added to the roster. 

You can also sign up for classes on our website. To do that, please navigate to “Book a Class” on our main menu. Heads up, you must have an active package or membership to register for class. 

No changes here! You can still sign up for classes at BYB using their website or app. We will be in touch with everyone when we determine the official last day for classes at the BYB studio.
