The best way to sign up for classes is by using our FREE app. You can also sign up for classes on our website. To do that, please navigate to “Book a Class” on our main menu. Heads up, you must have an active package or membership to register for class.
Please bring a mat, water bottle and sweat towel with you for class. We do have those items available to purchase or rent if you do not own them or forget them at home.
Yes! All of our studios have locker rooms equipped with lockers, bathrooms, and showers. You are welcome to bring your own lock or we have them available at our front desk. Please leave your belongings (including your phone please!) in the locker rooms or the available cubbies in our lobbies.
Because we require pre–registration, there is no need to come too early. If you’re signed up for class, you know you have a spot! We recommend arriving no earlier than 10 minutes before your class starts.
We suggest wearing lightweight, comfortable workout attire that you feel comfortable moving in and don’t mind getting sweaty.
