# Power Life

> Power Life is a yoga, barre, Pilates, and heated fitness studio brand with locations across Des Moines (IA), Kansas City (KS/MO), Omaha (NE), and Tulsa (OK). Classes include Power Yoga, Hot Pilates, Power Sculpt, Power Barre, and F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training), most taught in a heated or semi-heated room.

Power Life describes itself as a "third place," a community-focused studio where instructors know members by name. New students get a week of unlimited classes for $10. The company also runs a separate teacher-training and retreat business under the Elevate by Power Life brand, and operates The Power Life Foundation, a nonprofit that works to make yoga more accessible.
